Product: HPDM

ThinPro 8.1 devices are showing up as unidentified in HPDM. I upgraded from 5.0.10 to 5.0.11, but that didn't resolve this issue.

Having a similar issue, but the first thin client I updated to ThinPro 8.1 to test is not detected at all even in Unidentified. I have an 8.1 category in HPDM 5.0.11 but when I even try to manually add the device by MAC to that category, it just shows as offline and doesn't connect and grab any thin client info whatsoever
