Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

 

I created 1 admin and 2 family profiles however now on the logon screen I am just able to see only 1 profile which is not the admin account. Even i am not getting switch user profile. 

 

Can someone please help me. The technical support seems to be too busy with volume

Click the Start button and on the left side click Accounts, then Sign Out, and Restart the computer.
