OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0xxx
Microsoft Windows 11

This is the first PC in a while that I've bought from a manufacturer (HP) rather than building it myself and the OS will not update.

It seems I am currently in a position to utilize this forum for help on my issue since HP delivered a $4000 product that doesn't update the OS which is a huge security flaw and other support options are behind a paywall. Talk about a money grab! Onto the issue...

I have other software that requires me to be on 22H2 otherwise I cannot use my $4000 PC for it. I have tried to manually update to 22H2, I have tried to manually install a windows update (KB5008353) that the settings are saying "couldn't install this update, but you can try again (0x80248014)."

None of these "workarounds" have allowed me to successfully update Windows 11 while using the HP Omen desktop.

Can someone please advise how I can get this $4000 computer to simply accept updates from Microsoft?
