My laptop updated by itself and now the desktop is unavailable..

It doesn't let me open any apps or anything because the screen is  black... I can't connect  WiFi because it says that there's a problem with the drive for the wifi adapter and "not fix" when it should when you run the windows network diagnostics. I really need help I barley even used it like 10 times untill it updated by itself and that happened. I've tried to fix it with YouTube videos and they don't work...I'm so stressed out about it. Someone please help me.

Do you know what update it was? You need a Windows 10 USB and boot up maybe run system restore (not full recovery) just a system restore. You may also be able to uninstall the update.
