HP Recommended

I tried upgrading from windows 10 to 11, everything was normal till I got a blue screen then the prompt “undoing changes made to your computer” popped up I waited for about an hour and it was still there I’ve everything everything. 
Re booting. Power off 3-5 times it’s still stuck I can’t do anything. Please help
