Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Yesterday I got the Blue Screen of Death. The system won’t boot and gets stuck in the loop trying to start self diagnosis. I managed to get the recovery control screen up, however ended up with an indication the SSD failed the smart test and an error code of QFVPMA-BOTC4C-MFPX01-60FV03. I want to know what that error code means. Clearly the SSD has to be replaced. Thanks in advance

The error code is reporting the drive needs to be replaced.
