HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

An hp update cancelled out my original **bleep** pin so I needed to reset. But Microsoft security said my ID is not matching up so I cannot reset. Had to set up a new account via cell just to get info about how to get in.

Did the password dance for 7 days now. Still cannot reset password.

Question: is there a way to do a recovery or restore without signing into Microsoft?  And will it cancel out the update so I can use my original password?
