I believe my computer updated to Windows 11 automatically. I have logged on this evening and its like I have just opened the computer for the first time. All of my desktop has gone and all of my saved folders. When I go on to the internet all of my previously saved passwords have gone. My office package has also gone.
Is there anyway of retrieving my lost files?
Thanks

I am getting the message you are logged in with a temp profile. Roaming options are currently unavailable.
I have tried restarting the computer but Im still on the temp profile. How can I get back to my profile? I think this will resolve my issue?
Thanks

You should control Windows updates/upgrades for your machine. Please use the following Guide to get Windows 10 back within 10 days.

It is an update, not upgrade that means your machine already runs Windows 11. I upgraded my machine from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on 26/12/2021 and kb85015814 is just a normal update:
Please click Learn more to see more information. You can uninstall it. Hope this helps.
