Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0230z

I recently updated to windows 11 and when I signed in, notices many of my files were not there. Google chrome was deleted, Microsoft edge, and many apps. I've been redownloading some of them but some won't download at all like adobe creative cloud and adobe Photoshop. The installers will download but don't successfully install the app. I've tried restarting and nothing has worked. Not sure what to do and it's also difficult to navigate with this new update.
