Product: HP Pavilion P6-2120 Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to try and update my BIOS if that’s possible. I just want to have the most updated version. The version I have right now is AMI 7.10 (4/19/2012). I’ve been researching but haven’t found any leads. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your BIOS has to have a ROM Family 2ACF SSID in order to update the BIOS.

 

There are no BIOS updates listed for your PC for Windows 7.

It was written to be run on Windows 8, so I have no idea what might happen if you run the update using W10.

 

If your PC is working fine, IMHO, it is not worth the risk of turning your PC into an expensive doorstop simply to have the latest BIOS update installed, but that is your decision.
