Hi when i go to update my bios for my motherboard on a z230 workstation it sends me to this website what am i doing wrong or do i need to do something else?

Hi:

 

That is normal for you to see the information page.

 

Now you have to decide how you want to update the BIOS from all of the information listed.

 

I recommend that you use the second method listed (Computer Setup F10).
