I downgraded to windows 7 and i updated bios and it worked 

but i updated the gpu so it can work. after that i restarted it, and now i get a black screen with 6 long beeps with the led power going red when it beeps.

Can you POST using onboard graphics?

 

Six beeps means there is a problem with the graphics card or the system board.

 

Power button LED blinks 6 times with 6 beeps
Video Card or Graphics
Reset the graphics card (if applicable). If the issue persists, remove other accessory cards, and replace the graphics card or system board.

What do you mean? Like take a photo of my cpu and my gpu in my PC?  If yes then will do it

Sorry, POST  (Power On Self Test) means can you start the PC (the BIOS initializes) and get to Windows using onboard graphics.

Only when I remove the gpu it acts normal it also  says i cant update windows anymore also saying that upgradeing to windows 10 will be safer

but boss 

 

i can connect my dvi to the gpu.....but i still get stuck on the start up screen then every time i press a key it makes a cracking sound then after three beeps the screen turns off it still beeps after 1min or so
