i boot my pc with a usb with windows 10  and it booted!   this is sooo bookie.

Hi,

You have an "unknown" device in Device Manager.

This could be contributing to the problem.

Right click on the unknown device and try updating the driver.

Could be a chipset driver.

Go to HP's driver download site.

Try installing the chipset driver from HP.

That site is not a good place to get HP drivers for your PC.

You never provided a HP product number. 

You have to use the complete HP product number at HP's site (Link) to get free drivers for your PC

Your image may have possible chipset drivers in "Driver-Original".

Look in this item for chipset drivers.
