HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C9AV)

Since disabling/deleting HPAgentOne and other services because they caused audio issues, the HP Assistant says I have a BIOS update but won't let me download it as it says I'm not signed in. It shows my name where it says welcome. I went to the HP website and downloaded/installed BIOS but assistant still says there's an update.

Do I need to reinstall HPAgent and other services and or uninstall HP Assistant?

How do I reinstall all HP software if I choose?

Thanks
