This is a continuation of a question I had at this forum here:
Can I make hardware changes to upgrade my Elitedesk 800 G3 SFF to Windows 11?
I have since added a PCIex4 port SSD to my system of 1TB. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Along with the new SSD, I have an SATA SSD, 250GB and a HD 2.0 TB that I boot from and is my C: drive. That's three drives I have to work with, only one is currently being used.
What I would like to do is make a clean installation of Windows 11 using an ISO image as explained in the above link and move my old files on the 2.0 GB drive to the new installation. I am resigned to reinstalling all the software in my old Windows 10 installation, but would be glad to have a fresh install. I know there is a lot of garbage on the old installation.
How would I best go about this?

The purpose of disconnecting the other drives is just to ensure that the system knows to install windows 11 on the m.2 and ensure that m.2 boots as the "C" drive. After booting win11 with no missing drivers and configuring TPM 2 (if is wanted) you should enable secure boot and verify win11 works before re-attaching your other drives.

Use the following guide to update to windows 11, versioni 22H2

That link you posted earlier (to the discussion by @Paul_Tikkanen ) has useful information but the above link will work for 22H2
Disconnect the HDD and that smaller SSD and do a clean install as explained. You should gather the windows 10 drivers together in case win11 is missing any 800 G3 drivers.
