@JT-1947,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

The HP Pavilion Desktops you mentioned are fitted with a 310-watt power supply without PCIe power cable(s), which limits your graphics card options.

Depending on your budget, I would pick a GTX 1650 4GB (powered solely through your PCIe x16 slot), such as this purchase example: Amazon.com: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1650 D6 OC Low Profile 4G Graphics Card, Low Profile Design, 4GB 12..., or an RTX A2000 6GB (also powered through your PCIe x16 slot), such as this purchase option: Amazon.com: Computer Upgrade King NVIDIA RTX A2000 6GB GDDR6 (~3050) Low Profile LP PCIe Professiona....

The second GPU option is especially useful for graphics/picture rendering.

Please keep in mind that a graphics card can be transferred into a future desktop as well, making it a long-lasting investment likely to keep its value and utility.

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
