I have a HP Envy Phoenix and I want to know if I can upgrade to windows 10 Pro from Windows 8.1Pro................

Processor-i74930 3.40 Ghz(64 bit)

Ram-24 GB DDR3

Hard Drive-2.8 TB

Graphics-Direct X 11 + WDDM1.3

Display-2048X1060

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, Microsoft has recently closed the loophole that allowed free upgrades to W10 from older operating systems beyond the July 2016 expiration date.

 

You would have to pay I believe $99 to upgrade from W7 Home premium to W10 Home.

 

The PC is not supported by HP for W10, as there are no W10 drivers for it, so it is possible that some devices may not work.
