Hi Everyone

 

I am trying to work with an HPDM, I have a Laptop that is connected to Netstick(SIM card inside of it).

I would like to use an HPDM for remote control of laptops.

As part of my testing, I sent messages, at the beginning it worked fine but after I used "get asset configuration" it stopped

working.

I understand that an HPDM works by MAC address of the Netstick and MAC address of the laptop.

How can I fix this problem?
