Product: HP TouchSmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to use the virtual background in Zoom. I keep getting the message that this computer does not support virtual backgrounds. Not understanding why because it appears that I have the system requirements. Can someone help me with this. I don't have a green screen. Will I have to purchase something in order to get the virtual background to work.

Please check the specs again of your machine  to make sure it meets the following requirements:
