Hi, I used the following steps for Windows 10....Start, Settings, Select Update and Security, Select Recovery, Advanced Startup, Select Restart Now, Then Troubleshoot, Advanced Options, Select UEFI firmware settings, then Restart...get the screenshot (see photo)...which is not my view of the bios settings...

Hi,
If that isn't a view of your BIOS menus then what is the view? Are you referring to the internal Computer Setup menus?
Hold down the shift key, then do a Windows restart. This should get you to the same above menu.
Computer Setup (F10) should get you into the BIOS menus.

Hi Dave, I guess what I am looking for is a screen that gives Advanced BIOS Features....ie specifically to see if Virtualization is Disabled or not.
Seems if I could get to the CMOS Setup Utility I could select Advanced BIOS Features then view the Virtualization status.
Hope this makes sense.

Doesn't make sense about the utility.
Review my previous information.
Virtualization is off by default. Go into Computer Setup-->Security-->System Secuity and then enable the VT functions.
