Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H509AV)

I just got this computer as a gift, Why is my warranty showing expired already?

You may want to also look under the Account & Registration tab and register it, there,too.

If those also tell you it is expired, then you can chat with the support people (probably not today (Christmas) but they actually can help with that, as this is a user forum.

Yeah for some reason when I do that it shows that the start date for the warranty is July 25th 2022 and End Date is August 18th 2023 and the warranty expired, which makes no sense as the warranty starts the day the item is purchased not when it was factory made or anything to that degree?

Without you talking to the support people, I, as only a forum member, cannot help with that problem, however, with the information stated - it would seem it is an older than new computer and has been resold.

With the dates "July 25th 2022 and End Date is August 18th 2023 " would indicate someone had that computer, registered,   and then returned it.  Where did they people gifting the PC to you purchase the PC?
