HP Chat does not respond after the virtual assistant. No one answers the phone # listed on the box for a "live representative." I'm not sure where this message belongs. I bought this "new" computer from Amazon on June 2. It arrived with Windows 10 installed. There is no option to upgrade it to Windows 11 Pro unless I pay for that upgrade. During updates it randomly goes into Pause Updates for a Week. AND it indicates the warranty expires 20/20/24? I want to know if this machine is registered to someone else? Why don't I have a full year warranty? Why can't I upgrade to Windows 11 Pro which the writeup says it comes with? It should not be this difficult to get a computer up and running.
