Cannot use my pc, subject line is the start, I do not have permissions of a real administrator. In addition to all the HP software installed for help stopped weeks a go. Now the apps both windows accessories, as well as other major stuff. It happened when MS demanded I have a MS account yesterday when I turned on my pc, so I did. Then it said it was giving me a temporary profile. All down hill after that..I have no bookable OS and .exe files and windows installer along with multiple errors...HELP SCHMEGSTER

Hello
I did not understand everything but if you have a temporary profile, it is corrupted, and this can help cause many problems
So create a new administrator account

appreciate the input. I know that my system is not corrupt because windows popped up a box that stated it was authenticating my credentials. I had hacker or hooligans playing games with my ISP account, email accounts and even locked me out of both my phones in November. so i bought this bestbuy floor model warrantied. Unfortunately, i did not look for the authenticate windows label with that special silvery 25 digit code. However, I was able to r3etrieve the product key through a program and verified it through another place on the desktop. However, it is invalid. I think it is Bestbuy that created this mess before i even bought it. Otherwise why was the windows label missing yet it still had a valid warranty. That was another problem onto itself. HP took  over 2 weeks and 3 time I went to verify the warranty. Until it was finally validated after they moved the OS and did other weird system alterations I do not have access to and i should. # weeks a go all my HP apps and programs that came with the PC and were in the start menu are gone. I had to manually use my browser to log in and now my HP support assistant does not have HP's connection. It is merely an app with my info on it but has n direct connection to HP. I appreciate it, but it is my fault.  Have a good night
