I tried searching this site for the drivers but none were able to come up with the serial number off the computer I'm trying to fix. Any ideas on how I can fix it?

Hi:
If you can read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on the PC's case, download the W7 Home Premium 64 bit ISO file from the link below, and make bootable W7 installation media.
The actual download is toward the bottom of the page.
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
After W7 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.
You should be able to find the product number on the PC or in the BIOS' system information window to find the driver support page.
