We just purchased a refurbished desktop for our son. When we plugged it in and turned it on, it ran a diagnostic update. It came back with the 3F0 code saying Bootdevice not found. What do we do?

All right, this is what I would do: contact both the Seller and Amazon and share what happened. Include at least two pictures with your PC's screenshot showing your issue. Look, it is a reasonable expectation that the PC you purchased should work, and you shouldn't have to worry about troubleshooting right off the bat.
If the Seller doesn't respond by Tuesday (July 30th) or offers an acceptable solution to you, contact Amazon again and request a refund.

In order to get a 'feel' for what exactly you purchased, please provide either the link or a detailed description of the computer parts installed in your desktop.
