I have emails sent that have files sent to me through WeTransfer. Worked well for years then suddenly site greyed out so I'm unable to upload them. I've had little or no help from WeTransfer who say an Adblocker is stopping them, Adblocker deleted still the same problem, they now say it could be cookies but I no idea what to do to solve this. Any help would be grateful.

Sorry, we have no way to diagnose or fix issues with non-HP software.

 

If this is suddenly not working, the vendor might have stopped supporting it or a recent Windows update caused it to no longer work.  Either way, you have to contact the vendor's support to find out what you need to do to get it working again.
