Restart Your Computer:
- Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
Update Drivers:
- Make sure all your drivers are up to date. Visit the HP Support website and use the auto-detection tool or manually select your model to find the latest drivers.
Run HP Support Assistant:
- Use the HP Support Assistant to run diagnostics and auto-fix some issues. If you do not have it installed, you can download it from the HP Support Assistant page.
Scan for Malware:
- Perform a virus and malware scan using Windows Defender or other trusted antivirus software to ensure your system is clean.
System File Checker:
- Run the System File Checker (SFC) tool to repair corrupted system files. Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
