It is not HP software.

Some people like it.

Some people hate it.

It might show up unexpectedly after visiting -- or worse, downloading software from the Internet.

Be careful --

Consider avoiding any software that want's to clean your computer and then warns you of hundreds of problems. 

Registry cleaners were popular a decade or so ago -- maybe stay clear of these.

No one's computer, assuming it has not been hacked by Evil, is that full of bugs.
