Product: Pavilion All-in-One 27-a071A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Anyone who can help please .. months of frustration with HP support .. they keep telling me they can email me the link but it never arrives. I need to do a fresh install, new HDD, so I need the full MS Windows 10 (HP Version) for my PC.  I need to download to a USB and install. Beyond desperate now.

 

Can anyone help?

If you want to try this...

 

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 7 & 10)
