@COgranny, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
If replacing the power supply did not resolve the issue with your HP All-in-One desktop, there are several other possibilities to consider:
Check for Loose Connections: Ensure that all cables, including the power cable and any internal connections, are securely connected. Sometimes, loose connections can prevent the computer from powering on.
Check the Power Button: Make sure the power button itself is not stuck or damaged.
Inspect for Physical Damage: Look for any signs of physical damage or burnt components on the motherboard or other internals.
Try a Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power cord, then pressing and holding the power button for about 15 seconds before reconnecting the power cord and attempting to power on the device.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
