I have a new HP Z4 G4 workstation and plan on upgrading the 512GB NVMe to a 1TB. How can I reinstall the OS (Windows 10 for Workstations) on to the new drive along with all the drivers. I don't have a product key to reinstall the OS, or want to go through the process of downloading drivers.

hi
you do not need a product key
if the computer is original with windows 10, the key must be registered, in the system
You have several possibilities, see on the one hand the options available for the model, such as cloud recovery, it can work!
you can try, use disk image software, clone
You will probably need a usb adapter, in order to connect the new ssd disk, make the image, then exchange the disks
Or directly use the micorsoft tool, install windows, and then get the drivers from the product page

- Using the HP Cloud Recovery Client in Windows 11 and Windows 10
- or
- HP PCs - Using HP Image Assistant
- (will depend on the product)
Software recovery options (Windows 11 and Windows 10)
