Greetings @DeeTask

Welcome to the HP Forum.

A Secure Boot violation usually occurs when an untrusted or unsigned driver or other untrusted firmware attempts to run at startup.

This message could also indicate your PC has been compromised (low level malware). Not saying your PC is infected but it's possible.

Did you install any new hardware, and/or any hardware drivers, or anything lately?

You can disable Secure Boot and enable Legacy support by following instructions at this HP Site. You could also try setting the BIOS to defaults to see if this helps before disabling Secure Boot.

Look at "Secure Boot settings for desktop computers".

Disabling Secure Boot would allow malware to propagate if the PC is infected.

And some HP PCs (your PC may be in this group) are having a Secure Boot (PK) database problem. The fix for this problem requires a newer BIOS update to update the Secure Boot database.

But the above database problem does not show the error you see at startup. And when the database needs updating Windows should run but Secure Boot would be off when checking Windows System Information.

You could check this HP Site for a newer BIOS update for your PC. I would not know if the most recent BIOS update available at the last HP site would fix a possible Secure Boot database problem.

Regards
