Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a new cpu to replace my old one, but i first need to install a new bios update to use it. I installed the file for the BIOS update from hp and ran the file (I disabled antivirus and everything, and stopped bitlocker in services.msc) but after accepting the license agreement and locating the file, it begins extracted and then the process stops and nothing happens. Please help..
