When the charger is plugged in, it is getting slow. Any help, please?

This can be caused by overheating, a bad A/C charger or wrong power plan

 

Check your power plan. Should look like this

To avoid running in turbo mode all the time you could set the %100 to %99

 

How old is your system. Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance.
