That Wi-Fi error indicates the Wi-Fi did not wake up from sleep properly that is usually fixed with a BIOS update and also a driver update
please install the latest BIOS on your system
there are two driver updates for the Realtek I don't know which one is appropriate you may have to try both. Do you have the Realtek or the Intel Wi-Fi?
the disk errors are very concerning. Your system seems trying to connect to the drive after it was disconnected. That's probably why it won't shut down.
If you select one of the disk error messages what device does it say has a problem is it the USB drive or the C drive?

"the disk errors are very concerning. Your system seems trying to connect to the drive after it was disconnected. That's probably why it won't shut down. "
Does that mean that there is a fault in the hardware?
I recently bought the computer and there has been this problem from the start. Should I return/exchange the computer?

You should update the bios and also the driver for the WiFi chip. Look in Device Manager to see if it is Realtek or Intel.w
Be advices that updating BIOS is ALWAYS dangerous. If power goes out during the update or something interrupts the upgrade the system will become unusable. Bios chips are soldered on the motherboard to save a few pennies and HP no longer offers BIOS chip replacement.
What device was causing the DISK error that was listed? Was it the drive that was on the USB or was it the internal Disk drive?
Do not attempt to update the bios until you have fixed the problem with the disk.

It must be Realtek according to this.
But if I update the BIOS and the computer becomes unusable and HP doesn't refund me, it sounds way too dangerous.
Is it a hardware error and should I try to get the shop to take the computer back?
There was no DiSK Error.
