Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

It would be very helpful to know your PC's product number only.

Any pattern to the blinking power switch LED? Any BIOS error beep codes?

This HP Support site (Link) details various BIOS error codes based upon the production date of the PC.

Common issues causing this symptom could be:

Power supply

Motherboard

Any component connected to the motherboard

You will need to check/reseat all internal connections (reboot), then reduce the PC to a minimum configuration (reboot), and then swap in replacement parts to find the failing component (reboot after replacing each component).

Work from the power supply, through various components, down to the motherboard/CPU.

Regards
