When will Windows 10 drivers be available for the Z600 Workstation?

Would like to install the latest version of Windows 10 but it fails because Windows 10 drivers are not available.  When will they be available for download and installation?

Two possibilities:

* never, because the necessary device-drivers are included on the Windows 10 installation media, and therefore HP will not duplicate the effort, by making the same device-drivers available for download via the HP Support web-site;

* never, because your computer is too old.

Your computer: HP Z600 Workstation  was released in February 2009:

It was originally shipped with Windows Vista Business, and with downgrade rights to Windows XP Professional.

The HP Support web-site, containing software and device-drivers:

supports Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8, by offering device-drivers for those operating systems.

Note that the above web-site offers a BIOS update dated in 2016.

Try updating the BIOS, and then retrying the installer.
