Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed that more than millions of platforms available which provide games and apps but everyone provides different versions of every game and app. So how do we know which is the latest version because I am a gaming lover and I am looking for the latest version of Diddy Kong Racing Rom but I don't know which platform provides its latest version. So if anyone knows about anyone tell me, please.

Hello it's not so much an hp problem here
But I will try to answer
if you are looking for the most recent version, must be in most platforms..
if not, look for the main editor of the game
diddy kong racing rom and basically a Nitendo game ...
So it is not directly made for a computer!
