Your PC came from HP with W7, and it was not supported by HP for W10.
HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC and Microsoft no longer offers W7 for download.
Your only option to obtain the HP version of W7 would be to order recovery media for your PC from this vendor:
Computer Surgeons - Recovery Kit B7C92AV For HP Pavilion Desktop PC Model Number p6367c
If you had previously upgraded the PC to W10, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below. There would be no need to reinstall W7.
