My All-in-One 24-e014 is running into numerous issues. It has had consistently slow startup, seems to have very high disk utilization, despite having close to no meaningful apps on startup and very limited usage.
I have been investigating a bit and have run into a confusing issue. My system board is 82DD 0000 and my current BIOS Firmware is 15.41.0.0 ( F.41), but when I look into my BIOS information, I am not sure if this Driver is even supposed to be installed for my computer. I have tried a few different methods for identifying if I need to upgrade my BIOS and am getting different results from each of them:
HP Support Assistant is telling me I need to upgrade to F.75 (sp141102)
Microsoft Driver Finder is telling me I need to upgrade to 15.74.0.0 (F.74)
HP's website where I can check for drivers for my device states the latest 82DD based driver is F.37 Rev A
Which of these, if any, are accurate? Is there any chance the wrong BIOS is causing some of my issues?
Thanks for the help!
