Looking for some help. Thanks in advance for any suggestion. 

This is the system msg at fail time :

Hi:

 

I wouldn't be able to help you with why the recovery manager system isn't working, but you can with another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC, using the HP Cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.
