Solved!

While doing a reset with the recovery manager I had a fail - see fail message

HP Recommended
AIO 24-r029
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Looking for some help. Thanks in advance for any suggestion. 

This is the system msg at fail time :

CTOERROR.FLG
[20:00:29.86] DISM returns [13]. Failed to install feature pack
[MICROSOFT-WINDOWS-HOLOGRAPHIC-DESKTOP-FOD-PACKAGE.CAB].
‐-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[20:00:29.88] FBI UNBUNDLE - Installation Language Packs Failure
[20:00:29.88] Failed to install LP [xx-xx]
[20:00:29.88] Suggest to check LP [xx-xx] is the same bits [32/64 bit]

Hi:

 

I wouldn't be able to help you with why the recovery manager system isn't working, but you can with another working Windows PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC, using the HP Cloud recovery tool.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.
