Welcome back to the Forum.

 

Iolo is a software company.

 

I guess HP has partnered with Iolo to promote "Iolo System Mechanic". 

 

It might be a Desktop notification from HP.

 

I'm not a big fan of random purchase solicitations appearing on a Windows PC.

 

HP should provide Windows Registry remediation options if HP has detected a Windows Registry issue!
