I am receiving a message on my monitor HP 2159m that states "Dynamic Contrast Ratio OFF".  How do I stop this?

I am having the same problem, same monitor. Started happening as soon as I booted up my hp desktop this morning, following an unavoidable Windows 11 update, restart & shut down last night.
