My laptop wifi connection not working. I already installed wireless drivers sp92835 but didn't solve. After diagnostics and possible root causes "Driver missing or hardware issue (103)". Hope you have any solution for my problem.

that's not the Windows 10 Wi-Fi driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113001-113500/sp113216.exe
there's also a recent BIOS update
F.38 Rev.A | 50.7 MB | Sep 7, 2021 |
did you install that also?

I have same HP 250 G7 Notebook PC and Microsoft Windows 11 (64-Bit) system. PMP Payslip First Registration
So this morning, I turned on my laptop at school, and it wasn't able to connect to any wifi networks. After troubleshooting, it says "The Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems"
This is sort of annoying, as this was my backup PC, to use while my replacement parts ship, since my main PC stopped working. I need help as soon as possible, so that I can use it for school

Some documentation must not be correct or possibly the notebook has been customized
Can both of you provide the product ID (not serial number). Looking up the model number indicates that Broadcom is NOT one of the Wi-Fi devices built into the 250 G7 notebook PC.. In addition, the driver sp92835 is a really old Realtek. Many laptops have Wi-Fi as a small board that can be replaced and it is entirely possible another manufacturer's product was used instead of Realtek.
The following link shows the drivers available for the 250 g7 netbook
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-250-g7-notebook-pc/24381316?ssfFlag=true&sku=
Only two are listed: Intel "wlan" and Realtek
The device manager will show the name of the Wi-Fi device that is installed. If the device managers shows unknown or disabled devices then a newer driver or bios needs to be installed.
Please bring up the device manager and identify which Wi-Fi device you have for example:
Based on "HP 250 G7" the correct Intel driver is
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp114001-114500/sp114211.exe
and the correct Realek driver is
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113001-113500/sp113216.exe
Possibly, but unlikely, using the P:roduct ID instead of the model name a different driver may show up.
Broadcom is a different manufacturer than Intel or Realtek so the Device Manager information is required as it is not listed in the model name driver page.
The netbook was released June 2019 and there have been 4 BIOS updates just in 2021 so I suspect the BIOS needs to be updated
The latest bios is F35 Release A so please get it if you have a much older one
