Welcome back to the Forum.

it appears you can sign into Windows and use Windows.

Can you dismiss the message and use Windows?

You would have to translate this HP informational message to English so I can understand.

Hi Bill

thank you for your reply.

The message is the window from HP giving me system Information and asking me to perform a system diagnostics.

When clicking on the "system diagnose" this will  do a restart on your PC. And no further messages displayed.

In the meantime I performed a further "check for windows update" and an update was installed. Now the message has disappeared. Therefore the problem seems to be solved.

Thank you for your help.
