Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my computer got re-formated and everything was gone even the Microsoft store app so I installed the windows 10 setup to try to fix it but I could only keep my files and not everything because it will install a different edition of windows so I created a system image to try to get everything back but before I install it I want to know if I well be able to use the system image to get absolutely everything back. (And if you know a better know to do this please reply to this post I would do anything)

@AlbaderTheThird Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to know is that possible back up using the system image.

If you are using a retail copy of windows, that may not get everything back up.

If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

Or you may also attempt to download the same using the steps on this link: click here

For details on how to perform a successful reset: click here
