Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Do you have an operating system on both the hard drives?
- What is the make and model of the SSD?
I recommend you install one hard drive at a time and check if the hard drives are getting detected.
If the hard drive is not getting detected individually then it means that the particular SSD is not supported on your computer.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!

I installed only the SSD - the operating system is not installed on the SSD
I have a question about the functioning status of the slot on the motherboard-perhaps HP did not expect it to be used.
For this motherboard there is no specification ?

The ports on the motherboard should be functional. I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.
Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
Cheers!

HP does not have an adequate representative in Russia. And those that there is require money for any action. When I asked about compatibility, I was told "Well, here you need to do the diagnosis - it will cost $ 15."
As a solution - used SATA III from CD-ROM to connect SATA - SSD (But unfortunately CD-ROM is no longer connected, but it will be used as a locker.- meals on site)
