After installing win 10 on my TouchSmart 600-1135it all is working but i have:
PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA3&SUBSYS_2A95103C&REV_B1 (coprocessor) with !
Can I download driver from hp or motherboard manufacturer?
I found a lot of sites with this drivers but I would like to download it from a safe site.
Besides, when PC starts it freezes just before login screen. After reinstalling it (the only way to recover it) I disabled fast start but, at this moment, I always hibernate it, so I don't know if it solved.
Thanks
Fabio

- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

Hi,
unfortunatly the utility doesn't find any driver and a bios update is not available.
I did some test and I found that:
1. the PC is running fine with win 10 but I have the PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0AA3&SUBSYS_2A95103C&REV_B1 device (coprocessor) not recognized
2. if I disable wifi and/or bluetooth at next startup the pc freeze just before pin entry and it starts only in safe mode without network support.
Kindly is ti possible to know the chipset producer to ask it the driver for win 10?
Thanks

apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I suggest we can try performing system recovery which will isolate the issue If its software related issue, by performing system factory recovery will fix the issue.

Note: Back up all personal files and data before performing a system recovery.

Hi Echo_Lake,
thanks for your support.
My is a clean win 10 install on a empty HD. I didn't install anything else.
The PC is working fine and fast. I don't need any specific hp driver for my TouchSmart since I'd like to use it just for Office suite.
The only problems are:
1. some devices (coprocessor and unknown device) are not recognized: windows 10 has no driver for them
2. if I turn off wifi and/or bluethoot at next restart the pc frezes just before asking for pin, probablu related to point 1.
I'd like to know if I can find somewhere these missed driver.
thanks

HP does not recommend to use Third party measuring apps or drivers as they are not tested by HP and may not be accurate.
I would suggest reinstalling the Windows operating system will install original factory shipped software.

I already reinstalled the OS but NOT all drivers are present.
I tried to download the NVIDIA driver for win 7 and, after the .exe unzipped them, I used the .inf file to install them.
In this way now win 10 recognises NVIDIA nForce System Management Controller and, in the same way, the monitor buttons.
I'm still investigating about the freezing that occasionally appears.

@famar
Glad to hear that Windows 10 able to recognize Nvidia GeForce controller, I would recommend please choose the correct drivers for the Windows 10 operating system while installing the software.
As you've reinstalled windows operating system, let the computer finish setting up the software and driver for this operating system to enhance performance.
Work on it as per your convenience and keep me posted on the results.
Note: Choose shutdown options to power off the computer this way all the pending software drivers will be installed.
Have a nice day!
