Product: HP Z4 G4 Workstation IDS Base Model

I keep having the BSOD Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL iaStorE.sys on attempts to upgrade to WIn 11.  Windows "Check to see if PC is Win 11 compatible", passes but fails on reboot with above error.

The drivers currently installed for the Intel(R) C600+/C220+ series chipset SATA RAID Controller are from 11/4/2022 (8.0.0.4028).  I can't seem to find much info on this error but it seems to point to this controller.   

Once reboot and rollback happens I get a  0xC1900101-0x20017. Any help would be much appreciated.
