Win 11 How to set up multiple emails that work with email app/icon?

I just bought a new HP laptop with Windows 11.  Trying to set it up.  I want to set up multiple email accounts that all open when I hit the mail icon/app.  After several hours I've been less than successful.  Actually, failed terribly.  I could use some help.  Please explain it so an old dude can follow it.  Greatly appreciated.   One more thing:  I set up my **bleep** account but it isn't pulling in my emails.  Thanks.

Add your email account(s) to the Windows Mail application
